چکیده
Dissolved organic matter (DOM) is considered to play an important role in the abiotic transformation of organobromine compounds marine environment, for it produces reactive intermediates photochemically and recognized as a significant source halogen species seawater. However, due complex composition DOM, relationship between natural properties DOM its ability produce less understood. Here, humic acid (HA) was extracted fractionated based on polarity hydrophobicity using silica gel, influences different fractions (FA, FB FC) photochemical bromination phenol investigated. The structural HA were characterized by UV-vis absorption, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy fluorescence spectroscopy, reactivity assessed probing triplet dissolved (3DOM*), singlet oxygen (1O2) hydroxyl radical (•OH). photo-bromination investigated aqueous bromide solutions under simulated solar light irradiation. FA with more aromatic polar contents enhanced than weaker FC. This could be attributed chemical three HAs’ their production •OH 3DOM*. Separating investigating components great significance assessment environmental impacts geochemical cycle halogen.

متن کاملPhotochemical Degradation of 2,4-dichlorophenol in Aqueous Solutions by Fe2+/ Peroxydisulfate/ UV Process
Phenol and its derivatives are one of the most common contaminants in the aquatic ecosystem. Because of high toxicity of 2,4-DCP for aquatic life, resistance to biodegradation and potential for biological accumulation it is known as a priority contaminant in the aquatic environment. Advanced Oxidation Processes were successfully used for degradation of non-biodegradable contaminants that are re...
متن کاملcontribution of setting to the study of characters and the main idea in e. brontes: wuthering heights and t. hardys: return of the native.
this thesis aims to adduce an unmitigated and comprehensive explication concerning the relationship of three significant elements of fiction: setting, chracter and theme. my research is basically placed on two outstanding novels of the 19th century: emily brontes wuthering heights and thomas hardys return of the native. my endeavour lies in studying the correlation among the three above-mention...

heteropoly acids (hpa) and their salts have advantages as catalysts which make them both economically and environmentally attractive, strong br?nsted acidity, exhibiting fast reversible multi-electron redox transformations under rather mild conditions, very high solubility in polar solvents, fairly high thermal stability in the solid states, and efficient oxidizing ability, so that they are imp...
